RSS symposium at Madurai on Aug 22

Madurai (TN), Aug 19: A symposium on “empowerment of Hindu intelligentsia” will be held here on August 22, coinciding with the centenary celebrations of late RSS leader M S Golwalkar.
According to a release from Sri Guruji (Golwalkar) Centenary Celebrations Committee, RSS chief K S Sudharshan will deliver the special address on the occasion.
Former Union Minister Arun Shourie would speak on “media and Hindu intelligentsia”.
Dr K Subrahmanian, former principal of the Vivekananda College, would speak on education and Hindu intelligentsia, the release said.
