RSS Curtain Raiser Press Meet of All India Executive Council Meet at Chennai
Curtain Raiser RSS Press Meet of Akhil Bharatiya Karyakarini Mandal (All India Executive Council) begins here in Chennai from 2nd November 2012 to 4th November 2012, said Dr. Manmohan Vaidya (Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh), the head of RSS Media Relations and spelt out the details and purpose of the meet.
He mentioned that the Sanghachalak (President), Karyavah (Secretary) and Pracharak (Organizing secretary) representing Prant (state units) of RSS (41 Pranths / State units from all over India will take part in this ABKM that meets twice every year. Other than these state functionaries, the 400 participants will include prominent karyakartas from social organizations working in different walks of life in the society. He further said that the meeting would analyze the ongoing activities of RSS. Â
 Concerning the rampant of illegal immigration from Bangladesh and the threat posed to the very existence of the indigenous people by illegal Bangladeshi nationals and the newly proposed Land Acquisition Bill, wherein the lands of tribals are taken away for development of industries etc. and which affects the rural and farming sector, Dr Manmohan Vaidya said that Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh propose to pass these two resolutions. Dr. Vaidya said more members of Executive Council are expected tomorrow and scope of resolutions could further expand after discussions with them.
He further added that Sarkaryawah Bhaiyyaji Joshi will attend the Press Meet at the concluding day on 4th November, 2012.
