Quibbling about the age of a Terrorist

Instead of summarily executing that terrorist we are quibbling about his age, next will be his sex and thereafter his sperm count. The whole world will be laughing at this farce being enacted. The relatives of the dead and injured should seek for a time bound order. If Varun Gandhi can be detained under NSA on the basis of video shots, why not Kasab be sentenced to death on the basis of similar video shots. What are we trying to prove, even if for argument sake it is presumed that he is a minor, can it be a reason to allow him to escape the gallows ? He looks a well fed beast not a minor in any manner. Our so called M.P.’s should have been fighting for the dead and injured before the Parliament and Courts, instead the Congress/NCP are seeking votes from the Mumbaiites. Not a single one of them deserves to be elected. Hope the Mumbaiites make them to forfeit their deposits.
