Petition filed against 10 Criminal Church leaders

Jayesh Kumar, a resident of Perumbavoor field before Aluva Magistrate Court a petition to initiate actions to get the passport surrendered of 10 church leaders of South India assemblies of God.

Earlier the Aluva police had registered a crime against these 10 accused persons namely 1. Madhulal Augustine ,2. P.S.Philip 3. V.T.Abraham, 4. Babu George, 5. P.S. Rajamany, 6. G. Peeter, 7. Mohan D 8. Sounder Raj , 9. Y. Jayaraj, 10. Babu Varghese etc. These accused persons are very influvential both in political and financial.

The above crime root is spread out in India as well as whole part of world countries like USA, Germany , Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand etc. So this accused persons having wide link with these foreign countries by the shadow of the alleged charitable institution namely “The South India Assemblies of God”.

This petitioner also approached before the honorable High court for a C.B.I Investigation. The writ petition numbers WPC 27243/2011. In that writ petition the Aluva police also given a statement before the Honorable high court. In that statement the Police clearly stated that investigation is being conducted in a proper manner and the said The South India Assemblies of god has churches in other states including Tamilnadu , Andhrapradesh, Maharashtra and also in Gulf countries and in U.S.A.

At present some of the accused persons are engaged in abroad illegal fund collection by the shadow of the above said forged institution when the crime is pending before this honorable court. This act of the accused tends to influence or destruction of the evidence and also having very chance to escape from the clutches of law. When a grave crime is pending before this Honorable Court the journey of these accused persons from India to abroad is at present circumstance is un lawful that will effect the investigation of this crime so that is to be controlled.

Under such circumstances this honorable court order to surrender the above said 10 accused persons passport either before this honorable court nor the investigation officer of the above said 10 accused persons said crime details in all over the Pass Ports and Air Ports and Air Ports Authorities in India.

Other wise these accused persons will escape from the clutches of the law. That will cause hardship and injustice to the petitioner for the ends of justice.
