Pain of a father who lost his son is ‘Scandulous’ and ‘Defamatory’, Says Terrorist Abdul Nasser Madni
Chennai:Tamil Nadu Highcourt rejected two petitions filed by Jihadi Terrorist Abdul Nasser Madni against the revision petition filed by K Vellinigri seeking the reconsideration of Madni’s acquittal in Coimbatore blast case.
Â
Madni’s claims like the petitioner was not aggrieved directly and it’s too late to file the revision petition etc were out rightly rejected by the TN High court.
Â
Madni was released following the pressure exerted by Communist government in Kerala over Tamilnadu government.
Â
K Vellingiri of Mettupalayam, had submitted that the sessions judge for exclusive trial for bomb blast cases, Coimbatore had erred in acquitting the accused “by magnifying minor infirmities, which resulted in grave injustice.” Vellinigri is the father of one of the blast victim.
Â
Terrorist Madni mentioned in his counter affidavit that ‘averments in the affidavit filed by Vellingiri were scandalous and defamatory’! The pain and agony of a father who lost his son may sound Scandalous and defamatory for the Terrorist right groups and Communist’s who sing paens to this Jihadi.
