Nationalistic Keralites celebrated Vandemataram centenary

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Although ruling Marxist party and other anti nationals stayed away from participating in Vandemataram celebrations, Patriotic Keralites, under various Hindu organisations took part in functions all over Kerala.


 


Under Hindu Aikya vedi,Shiv Sena and BJP nationalistic citizens stayed in tune together and took oath to protect Bharath Matha.


 


Hindu Aikya vedi leader Sri. J. Shisupalan in his speech blasted Union Minister E. Ahmed’s irresponsible statement on Vandemataram. “E. Ahmed is the leader of an organization that took part avtively  to divide the country and there is no surprise on his call not to force anyone to sing national song”


 


Bharateeya Vichara Kendra Director P. Parameswaran, VHP leader Kummanan Rajasekharan, RSS Saha Prantha Pracharak Nanda Kumar, Veteran journalist Hari .S. Kartha were among the leading personalities attended the function.
