Gorakhpur : Congress leader and Central Union Minister Mahavir
Prasad   has been booked for conspiracy in a murder
case by UP Police.The case was registered as directed by Allahabad high court against
Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Industries and other two persons.
The case was filed by the widow of Ram Prakirt, who was murdered. Ram Prakat
was murdered and the death was related to a property dispute in Ujjarpar
