‘Mother in Law , Not part of my Family Definition’ – Maharashtra Chief Minister
Maharashtra Congress CM has a revelation about definition of family. His mother in law does not belong to his family, until it was found that his mother in law and two relatives were illegally found to be allotted flats in Adarsh society at Colaba, which was meant for Kargil war heroes and widows.
In Ashok Chavan’s words “It’s a fact that she is my mother-in-law and that she was offered membership of the society. But, by my definition, she does not belong to my family,”
The Congress High Command appears to be upset with Chavan. Not sure it is with the definition of his family or the real problem of illegal allocation of flats to many influential people and politician. Congress high command has summoned Chavan to Delhi(at tax payers expense) to discuss this issue.
