KOLKATA: The condition of Trinamool Congress leader Mamata Banerjee deteriorated today. The party state leadership has formed a medical team for her treatment.

The blood pressure of Mamata has fallen.  She is complaining of muscle cramps and also pain in the chest and the abdomen. But she is refused to take oral fluids with medicine and food supplement.

The army’s Eastern Command has kept a medical team on standby at the Command Hospital as instructed by the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmoohan Singh.

However, the CPM leader and West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, made it clear that he is not bothered about the on going hunger strike by Mamata Banarjee and the Tata Motors project in Singur would go ahead.
