BANGALORE: ‘One of the most successful tele-serials on Indian television, Mahabharata is now available to Reliance subscribers. The epic serial in R-world was launched by President- Application, Solution and Content Group of Reliance Communication, Mahesh Prasad.

“The Mahabharatha serial can be viewed on all Relience Mobile World phones. Customers can now access daily video mobisodes, special videos, audio sounds, video songs, wall papers and ring tones on their phones,” said Rajjat Barjatiya of Rajashri Films.

The subscribes can download upto 157 video mobisodes and listen upto 471 audip minutes, which will be available on dialing 1234. The charges will be Rs 30 per month for the Mahabharata voice pack and Rs 1 per minute for the mobisode.The artistes and director of the tele-serial who were present at the launch of Mahabharata on Reliance phone suggested that the epic be introduced in schools as part of its curriculum.
