Madrassas are doing ‘Social Activities’ : Home Minister
NEW DELHI : In a surprise statement, Indian Home Minister Shivaraj Patil gave clean chit to Madrassas in the country. He said Madrassas across the country are doing ‘Social Activities’ and not encouraging terrorism!. But the Home Minister did not describe what kind of ‘Social Activities’ are being done by these Madrassas. Mr. Patil said that his Ministry has not yet received any evidence that Madrassas are encouraging terrorism activities.
His statement clearly indicates the existence of powerful vote bank politics in the country inspite nation lost more than 200 innocents Hindus in Mumbai terror attack.
