Kejriwal en-Listed in Election Commissions’ All India Super-Exempt, Super-Secular Criminal Team?

“NEW DELHI: The Election Commission on Friday conveyed its concern to Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal for having violated the model code of conduct in the run-up to the assembly elections by distributing pamphlets that appealed for votes on grounds of religion.

“In a rather delayed order on a complaint filed by Rajouri Garden resident Harish Khurana, the commission held that it was not satisfied with Kejriwal’s reply, received on December 7, denying any violation of the model code.”

That was the mild, mealy-mouthed report that appeared in almost all MSM newspapers (Hindu, TNN etc) on 25-1-14, in identical “orgasmic releases”.

To add insult to the injury of the Laws of the Land Constitution etc, this Holier Than Holy anti-Indian Cow goes on to apply Soothing Emollient Balm to this Political Criminal in the following words –

“The EC, in its order, held that “notwithstanding the averments made by you (Kejriwal) to justify the contents of the pamphlets, the fact remains that you have made an appeal in that pamphlet to a particular religious community for securing votes for in favour of your party, which, the commission considers, is violation of the sub-para (3) of Para I of model code of conduct.

“The EC ruled that “having regard to the totality of facts and circumstances of the case and submissions and contentions made by you in your reply under reference, the commission hereby conveys its concern, and cautions you to be more careful in election campaigns of your party in future”.

Like the Christian Official Pardoner, the EC Absolves the Sinner – with or without the bribe in whatever form – says “Go forth and Sin no more”.

So why was docking this Prime Secular Voting rights for six years not  done by these augusta scammers like they did to Bal Thackeray?

Like another EC tingle-tinklebell exempting some Kairali Thomas for the same crime totally, without even the Caution?

The Incredible Secular Axiom: Canvassing for Votes in the names of Crossy Jesus and / or Mohammed is exempt. Canvassing in the name of Rama or other Hindu Gods, or appealing for Hindu Ethos, Hinduthva, Modi, or BJP is a Capital Crime.
