Kannur killing – protest held in Punjab

Thousands of Hindu activists

observed a protest here against the killing of five Hindu activists in Kannur by CPI(M) criminals.  


 


Thousands of activists from the RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Sewa Bharati, Durga Vahini, BJP, and Traders’ Wing gathered at the Jagadhri Gate in Ambala City yesterday.


 


The protesters, led by RSS District Sanghchalak Sri. Ashok Bansal marched through the main bazaars to reach the office of the Deputy Commissioner, raising slogans against the CPM government in Kerala.


 


They submitted a memorandum addressed to the President of India demanding the immediate arrest of the killers.


 


Hindu organization leaders said that the CPM government in Kerala were behind the killings and should be dismissed, and the state should be brought under President’s rule.


 


Other leaders who took part in the march included the former Deputy Speaker F C Aggarwal, Ex-MP Rattan Lal Kataria, former MLA Veena Chhiber, Sanjay Sharma and others.
