NEW DELHI :  Members of the Left parties and the BJP clashed in Rajya Sabha over the killing of innocent Hindus by CPI(M) criminals in Kannur district of Kerala, leading to an adjournment of the House for half-an-hour during Zero Hour. Minutes later, Lok Sabha too was adjourned under similar circumstances.

Earlier BJP leader V.K. Malhothra raised Kannur issue in Parliment.

“Its a shame for the nation that a state government and Police is supporting terror violence with a mission to eliminate a section of the society” said BJP leader V.K. Malhothra. After the violence the Police now engaged to make false cases against RSS-BJP activists in Kanuur, Malhothra said in the Parliament.

More than 125 BJP-RSS activists lost their life in Kannur by CPI(M) activists. In view of this a Parliamentary committee should be appointed and send to Kannur to study real causes of violence in Kannur, BJP leader demanded in Parliament.
