Patna: The notorious criminal and RJD leader Muhammad Shahabuddin’s ISI and Underworld connections were revealed by Bihar Police. The notorious underworld don cum pak ISI Indian counterpart Dawood Ibrahim is a close friend of Shahabuddin and he has direct links with top ISI brass. It is strange to note here that Shahabuddin is a Member of Indian Parliament and has won multiple times from Bihar in RJD ticket. He is also a close favorite of anti India terrorist groups operating from Jammu and Kashmir. Shahabuddin was recently sentenced to life term imprisonment for kidnapping and later killing a CPI(ML) worker.

In a detailed 100 page report filed by Bihar police they have put an important note that Shahabuddin met Dawood Ibrahim during 2001 Feb at Mecca in between the Haj pilgrimage. This report has several valid proofs and observations regarding Shahabuddin’s goonda activities, terrorist connections, hawala deals and various murders and kidnappings executed by him.  As in a typical Indian secular political context, Rabri Devi who was the CM and Lalu Prasad Yadav who was controlling the Bihar government through his remote control didn’t take action on the report and kept it freezed.

When the then Bihar DGP D.P Ojha repeatedly demanded action based on this report against Shahabuddin to Bihar government, he was sacked over night by state government.  Ojha has mentioned that Shahabuddin has an exceptional network in Pakistan working for him and if Bihar government delays his arrest further he may escape to Pakistan.  He also mentioned that the 100 page report is very much sufficient with lot of proofs to take action against this notorious Don. There is also mentioning about Shahabuddin purchasing a lot of AK 47 rifles during the 1996 period. He kept some of them for his personal use and gave the rest to his gangs operating from Bihar and UP.  He also gave few weapons to one of his close aide who was a member of UP assembly.
