HJS Campaign- M.F Husain’s life time achievement award canceled

Mumbai: The Bhoruka Charitable Trust, Rajasthan, India had arranged a ceremony to felicitate anti Hindu Indian painter M. F. Husain at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai, on March 15. 18 eminent Indian artists flew to Dubai to felicitate Husain.

The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti had launched an
intensive campaign along with website campaign against the awarding of
award to Husain and given strong indications. The Marathi Dainik
‘Sanatan Prabhat’ gave good support to this campaign. The Bhoruka
Charitable Trust, Rajasthan, canceled this life time achievement award
to Husain on account of the protest and informed the Samiti through a
fax sent by Mr. Amitava Banerjee, Executive Director of Bhoruka
Charitable Trust.
