Hindu Samhati Stands By Its Hindu Mega Rally

‘Undemocratic orders and Muslim Appeasement policy of TMC government shall not deter us’ – Tapan Ghosh.
.
Rising influence of Hindu Samhati and mounting struggles of Hindus under its leadership across the state of West Bengal have been perturbing the state government hell-bent to appease Islamists round the clock and its strong ill feeling became obvious (first) through the cruel and indifferent attitudes of administration towards Hindus, tortured by Islamists while urging people to join the imminent 4 th anniversary of Hindu Samhati on February 14 in strength. Lots of its activists have been detained to teach Hindu Samhati a lesson. Even the personal residence of Sri Tapan Ghosh, president, Hindu Samhati, was not spared; it was raided by a large contingent of police personnel and a case, on flimsy ground, was slapped on him.
.
There was, hence, an apprehension that something more sinister would happen. And the worst fear has come true; the Government of West Bengal, surrendering to Islamist whims and masquerading under the skin of Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC), has revoked the earlier permission to Hindu Samhati of using Raja Subodh Mallik Square (Wellington Square) as the venue of the meeting. Subsequently, another letter championing KMC’s decision from the Office of Commissioner of Police, Kolkata has also reached office of Hindu Samhati.
.
What has motivated the aforementioned governmental organizations to annul the venue of meeting is well-defined to us. The saga of Islamist appeasement and desperation to preserve minority vote bank has made the government blind and consider Hindu Samhati as the biggest threat.
.
We do strongly condemn this malicious approach of the government of violating basic democratic and human rights as enshrined in the Constitution of India.
.
Hindu Samhati, at the same instant, is proud to assert that it remains undeterred in face of vicious onslaughts of agencies, resolute to stamp down legitimate Hindu aspirations.
.
Hindu Samhati will continue to struggle through constitutional means to defend Hindus and their rights.
.
4th anniversary of Hindu Samhati on February 14, 2012 is a settled fact and it will see a new dawn in the Hindu history of Bengal.
