The hundreds of slogan shouting protesters were stopped by the police outside Parliament Street police station as they marched towards Rashtrapati Bhawan from the Jantar Mantar. A five-member delegation later handed over a memorandum to the President’s office demanding enhanced protection to Hindus in J and K. It also opposed the Government-initiated dialogue process
