Geelani prays for Osama & Pakistan, govt & media keep mum
SRINAGAR : Its happens only in India where a weak political leadership and anti nationalist media exist. While staying in motherland India, Islamic fundamental leader Syed Ali Geelani along with hundreds of jihadis held funeral prayers for slain Islamic terrorist leader Osama bin Laden in several mosques in the Kashmir Valley after the Friday prayers. He also urged those gathered there to pray for the safety of Pakistan, saying it was an atomic Muslim country facing a threat from the entire world. “We should all pray before Allah for the safety of Pakistan.” said Geelani.
It would be interesting to know the reaction of so called visual and print media in the country.
