FIR against Buddhadeb for questioning the Existence of lord Ram

via HK published on October 5, 2009

Where is the historical proof of Rams birth?

If Ramayana is history and Ram is a historical figure then where is the proof?

“Ram bhagwan nahin hai (Rama is not God)… Ramayana is not a Hindu epic and Ram setu manav nirmit.”

These were not the words of any Moulavi in their Madrassah- But by a responsible Chief Minister of an Indian State.

This diatribe against Hindus were uttered by Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee – CPM leader while  addressing Muslims on the occasion of addressing Muslims during the anniversary of the demolition of so called ‘Babri’ building in December 2007.

Advocate Sudhir Ojha, had on December 10, 2007, moved the court of the then chief judicial magistrate Ram Daras seeking legal action against Bhattacharjee for hurting the sentiments of Majority Hindus and for questioning their faith.

And it took more than one and a half year for Police to register an FIR against him. Police on Monday finally registered the FIR .It may take another couple of years for justice to take it’s course of action, But it is heartening to see that there are few committed Hindus like Sudhir Ojha who are ready to wage the battle against these Anti Hindus, legally.

If the same comment was against Allah – there must have been thousands of Fatwas issued against him from different Islamic countries – offering prizemoney for his head.

It is nothing new for Communists to degrade any thing linked with India or Hindu – It was the very CPM who called Ram Krishna Paramhansa’s teaching  as lunatic and  epileptic’, Tagore as a bourgeois poet and Subhas Chandra Bose as Japanese premier Tojo’s dog’.
