Chennai : Dr Subramania Swamy, President of the Janata Party (JP) has said that he would discuss with the BJP leaders about an electoral alliance for the assembly elections in Tamil Nadu.

He said that the JP would evolve a “Hindu agenda” and present it before other parties for the polls, he was quoted as saying in Chennai today.

He said that both the AIADMK and the DMK were “anti Hindus” and the Hindu religion was under threat from these parties.

“I, though a secular man, have undertaken a Hindu agenda only to save the religion from the onslaught of these parties,” he said.
