Declare Adi Sankara’s Birthday as “National Integration Day”

via K Vijayan published on May 15, 2010

The Birthday of Adi Shankara falls on the 18th of May.

It is fitting that the birthday of this great Hindu Seer, who traversed the length and breadth of this country preaching the Doctrine of Advaita and establishing truly great Spiritual Centres all over the land, should be celebrated as “National Integration Day”

National Integration is the need of the hour, and it is only Hinduism which is still holding the country together in the face of the assault of intolerant and violent alien religions and cultures.

We hope that the aliens in Power will make this first move for National Integration and reconciliation with Hindus.
