Da Vinci Code banned in TN

The Tamil Nadu Government on Wednesday night banned the screening of The Da Vinci Code, responding to protests from the Christian community.An official statement said Collectors of all districts and Greater Chennai Police Commissioner had been directed to take action under Section 13 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952, for “suspending the screening of the movie”.
