Blast in RSS Karyalay – Three terrorists acquited

via HK published on December 7, 2010

New Delhi : Three Jihadis who were earlier sentenced to life imprisonment in connection with the bomb blasts in RSS Karyalay in Chennai were acquitted today by our Supreme Court. The trio were relaesed citing technical reason that the investigative agency were not able to produce RDX and PETN which was said to be used in the attack.

Jihadi terrorists Abubucker Siqqique, M P Rafiq Ahamed and Hyder Ali were earlier convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment by a designated court on June 21, 2007, for murder, criminal conspiracy and various other offences under the TADA Act on the basis of the chargesheet filed by CBI.

If Marxist terrorists who brutally killed Yuvamorcha leader Jayakrishnan Master in front of his students in broad day light inside a school can be acquitted of the charges by our Judiciary , news reports like this acquittal of Jihadi terrorists doesn’t come as a surprise. After all what good even if they are convicted for hang to death, as it only adds to the list of  traitors and enemies like Afzal’s and Kasab’s.
