Bangalore: ‘Love to Expand’- Inspirational Talk on Stress Management by Swami Adhyatmananda.

Acharya Swami Adhyatmananda Saraswati of Sambodh Foundations, Trivandrum will conduct a two day management talk Love to Expand. The enlightening sessions, to be conducted on 10 and 11 March, 2012 will be for two hours from 10.30 am- 12.00 pm. The venue is Cartman, behind Koramangala Club, Bangalore. The talk has its focus on various aspects of day to day management in life and will have an interactive session as well. The entire discussion will be rendered in a mix of English and Malayalam.

Recipient of ‘Vedanta Ratna 2009’ from Kolathur Advaithashramam, Kozhikode, Swami Adhyatmananda Saraswati is known for his tireless efforts in propagating Vedanta among the youth and conducting programmes and workshops on management. Swamiji will hold a series of other lecture sessions on from 9 March 2012 to 11 March 2012.
