Arya Samaj demands withdrawal of Article 370 of Indian Constitution.

Kendriya Arya Yuva Parishad and Arya Samaj, is organizing a Dharna ( sit in protest ) in Jantar Mantar  near Parliament street in New Delhi on 9th  August, 2010, demanding:-

   1. Immediate declaration of President’s rule in Kashmir, part of Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir.
   2. Handing over of law and order to the Indian Army.
   3. Repealing of Article 370 of Indian Constitution of India.

As you all know, a small group of Muslims creating law and order problems since second week of June, 2010, as per instructions given by forces sitting across the border. Due to this precious life more than 50 innocent Kashmiri’s have been lost till today. More important is the state government headed by Mr. Omar Abdulla, lost the control over the state of affairs of the State.  

Indian state of Kashmir, has three different regions.

   1. Hindu majority Jammu, which is peaceful and developing fastly along with other parts of India.
   2. Buddhist majority Leh and Laddakh, which is also peaceful.
   3. Muslim majority Kashmir. Due to Islamic separatism and terrorism, this area is still not developed.

As India’s first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was very very eager to become first Prime Minister, he gave separate country like status to Jammu & Kashmir to please majority Muslims of Kashmir, via special Article 370, in Indian Constitution.

All the problems India facing today is due to hasty drafting of a  Constitution with out any foresight and future vision, only to declare Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru as the Indian Prime Minister

Under this arbitrary Article 370, Indian tax payer’s are aliens in Kashmir but they have to shell their tax money for the development of Kashmir. All the essential items like food grains, kerosene, diesel etc are supplied in Kashmir subsidized at the cost of Indian Hindu Tax payer’s.     
 
All Hindu’s are requested to participate in the function.
