Another Noble act of Seva Bharathi – Ambili’s Kanyadan
Sanjeevani Balika Sadanam at Urakom, Thrissur under Sanjeevani Samithi has been doing its silent but effective service to our society by undertaking the responsibility of protecting orphan or less privileged children and providing education and life by showing them that they are not alone in this world.
Being father mother and all for the children in the Balikasadan, it is also Balikasadan’s responsibility to find good life partners for the girls to take care of them in their life. Ambili and sister Chandrika were brought to Balikasadan 12 years ago as they lost their parents. Along with 71 other girl inmates, balikasadanam provided her with formal education and she has completed Teachers Training in Computers and she is doing Bachelor of Arts with History Main. Ambili’s sister Chandrika is now staying at Mathrusakthi Vidhyarthi Sadanam, Aluva which is also a project of Sevabharathi – staying home for poor and orphan girls.
Sreejith who is working in Kottayam Munsif court was good at heart to give life to an orphan girl, has tied the nuptial knot to Ambili in a function at the Devi Temple inside Sanjeevani Balika Sadanam. Senior RSS Pracharak and Balagokulam’s founder director M A Krishnan as the eldest member in family did the kanyadan by placing Ambili’s hand in Sreejith’s hand.
6 girls who were once inmates of Sanjeevani and got married were also present with their family on the occasion. RSS Prantha Sanghachalak PEB Menon, Prantha Sewa Pramukh Padmanabhaswami Prantha Sahakaryawaha PN Eshwaran, Thrissur Jilla Sanghachalak G Mahadevan, Balagokulam state president N Hareendran Master and many other leaders also attended and blessed the couple.
HK wishes a very happy married life to the couple Sreejith and Ambili.

Sanjeevani Samithi was registered under the Travancore-Cochin Charitable Societies Act under No.37/86 and is having its corporate office functioning presently in the Sanjeevani Balikasadanam Building Urakam situated about 12KMs south of Thrissur on the Thrissur Kodungallur road.
