Situation in Kashmir is serious: Defence Minister
NEW DELHI: After the helpless remarks by Home Minister P. Chithambaram, now defense minister A.K. Antoney also admits that the situation is Kashmir is extremely serious. Antony said the recent violence in Kashmir shocked by the central government.

“The violence in Kashmir is causing serious concern to all. The Cabinet Committee on Security will discuss the situation in Kashmir seriously”, Antony told reporters.
Hundreds of Islamic fundamentalists with the support of various Islamic terrorist organizations launched fresh violence in Kashmir after mass Eid prayers in Srinagar Saturday, attacking police and government buildings in a frenzy that also saw violence in two smaller towns of the Kashmir Valley.
