Israel’s SOS to world leaders

JERUSALEM: The Israeli security agencies got conclusive proof that the Monday’s terrorist attack in Tel Aviv was carried out ‘with the express purpose of killing Israeli citizens in the midst of their Passover holiday. Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni  has called upon the world’s leaders to take a clear and uncompromising stand against Palestinian terrorism. “Terrorism is terrorism,” said Mr Livni in a statement released by the ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Nine people were killed on Monday when a Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up outside a fast-food restaurant in Tel Aviv on Monday. Dozens of people were seriously injured in this deadliest Palestinian attack in more than a year. The new Palestinian government, led by Hamas which has made it known to the world that it would kill al the jews, justified the attack. Strangely, the secular Indian media conveniently covered this gruesome attack by Hamas on the Jewish population.

“Only a clear and unequivocal voice and a determined stance on the part of the international community can bring about a future in which the Palestinian leadership will renounce and confront terrorism, and will recognize the right of the State of Israel to exist as a Jewish state, and the right of its citizens to life. Only thus will the path to a solution be found,” said the statement by Mr Livni.

The Hamaas also said that the attack is dedicated to the hundreds of Palestinian terrorists jailed in the Israeli prisons.
