Affidavit on Lord Ram: Case filed against PM & Sonia
BIHAR: A complaint has been filed in a local court here today seeking legal action against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi in connection with the controversial government affidavit regarding the Setusamudram project. Shashank Bhola Singh and Virendra Prasad, senior advocates appearing on behalf of Vinod Kumar Yadav, International president of ‘Vishwa Hindu Wama Shakti, filed the complaint in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Anil Kumar here. The court fixed December 14 for hearing the complaint which also sought action against Law minister H R Bharadwaj and Shipping Secretary S T Vijayraghavan.
