Nepali PM Prachanda Quits
Nepali PM Prachanda today resigned over a row of his sacking of the Army chief General Rukmanga Katawal.
Prachanda who rode to power after forcefully removing the Nepali Hindu king and turning the Hindu kingdom into a secular atheist state has suddenly become a weakling with his own cadre fighting againsit his way of functioning.
The people of Nepal have seen through te double standards of the Maoists who make tall claim while fighting elected givernments and then act worse than the bourgeoisie in real life.
Prachanda blamed the political parties and foreign hands for his resignation. The communist leaders of India must be in for a shock to see their carefully hand woven communist leader go down so soon.
His eight months old government simply used all its time to fight petty issues and all their emphasis was forced of making the king weak and destroying the nepali laws as advised by China.
Earlier, President Ram Baran Yadav overturned Prachanda’s decision asking Gen Rukmangad Katawal to remain as Nepal’s army chief.
The Maosist will now try to create as much violence in the country as possible to force the civilans back to the old days of terror.
It is time for India to play an active role to ensure a non-communist government comes to power in the northern part of our country.
If our PM, Manmohan Singh can manage permission from Sonia Maino, that is.
