300 people back to Sanatana Dharma in Andhra Pradesh

HYDRABAD : Dharma prasara samithi of VHP (East Andhra) has reconverted 76 christian families(300 persons) from 4 villages on 4th december 2009 at suryapeta town of nalgonda dist. They are madiga (sc) mudiraj(bc) lambadi(st) casts. Members of the dharma prasara samithi Under the leadeship of sri gummalla satyam, central joint secretery, have gone to suryapet town of nalgonda district. The local VHP/DPS leaders have assembled at a spacious geetha bhavan in suryapet.

The cermony started in the early hours with all the 300 reconverted and VHP/DPS members. While the priests were reciting hymns, the 76 family members were doing yagnam, for purification cermony. The yagnam went for nearly two hours in the presence of local leaders & elders.

All the men and women of the 76 reconverted families were presented with new cloths and a photo of lord sri rama. Local leaders sri Nagi Reddy, Sri Sailoo (rtd.RDO) VHP dist. president also spoke.
