14,329 swayamsevaks participate in 69 Sangh Shiksha Varga
A total of 14,329 swayam-sevaks from 10,249 places were imparted organisational training by the Sangh at 69 training camps held across the country in May-June this year. The first year Sangh Shiksha Varga of Himachal Pradesh is yet to conclude. According to RSS Sarkaryavah Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi, the presence of youth in all the Vargas, excluding the Vargas held for Praudh swayam-sevaks, was encouraging. He informed that only the selected Karyakartas are imparted training in the Vargas. Some Vargas were held at the Kshetra level also.
According to the information collected at Prant Pracharak meeting held in Meerut from July 11 to 14, a total of 923 swayamsevaks from 859 places underwent training in third year Varga held in Nagpur. Similarly, 2581 swayamsevaks from 2116 places were imparted training at 13 second year Vargas and 10,479 swayamsevaks from 6982 places were imparted training in 49 first year Vargas. Swayamsevaks below the age of 40 years were imparted training at these camps. Similarly, a total of 346 Praudh swayamsevaks above the age of 40 years from 289 places underwent training in six Praudh Vargas.
Enumerating the detail of the first year Vargas, Shri Bhaiyaji pointed out that a total of 1015 swayamsevaks from 767 places underwent training in Kerala. Similarly, 219 swayamsevaks from 175 places in Dakshin Tamil Nadu, 161 from 108 places in Uttar Tamil Nadu, 755 from 465 places in Dakshin Karnataka, 270 from 154 places in Uttar Karnataka, 445 from 290 places in Pashchim Andhra, 248 from 152 places in Poorva Andhra, 177 from 104 places in Konkan, 113 from 78 places in Pashchim Maharashtra, 87 from 49 places in Devgiri, 362 from 215 places in Gujarat, 227 from 137 places in Vidarbha, 322 from 226 places in Malwa, 219 from 151 places in Madhya Bharat, 673 from 394 places in Mahakaushal, 455 from 316 places in Chhattisgarh, 439 from 307 places in Chittor, 351 from 219 places in Jaipur, 338 from 183 places in Jodhpur, 276 from 117 places in Delhi, 269 from 167 places in Haryana, 154 from 95 places in Punjab, 38 from 28 places in Jammu & Kashmir, 340 from 207 places in Uttaranchal, 253 from 184 places in Meerut, 218 from 200 places in Brij, 136 from 104 places in Kanpur, 171 from 121 places in Avadh, 318 from 220 places in Kashi, 230 from 170 places in Goraksh, 166 from 99 places in Uttar Bihar, 129 from 81 places in Dakshin Bihar, 149 from 108 places in Jharkhand, 219 from 171 places in Utkal, 168 from 129 places in Dakshin Bengal, 116 from 79 places in Uttar Bengal, 179 from 145 places in Uttar Assam and 84 from 67 places in Dakshin Assam were imparted training.
About the second year Vargas Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi informed that a total of 241 swayamsevaks from 215 places underwent training in Kerala. Similarly, 49 swayamsevaks from 46 places in Dakshin Tamil Nadu, 39 from 35 places in Uttar Tamil Nadu, 127 from 93 places in Dakshin Karnataka, 82 from 65 places in Uttar Karnataka, 88 from 72 places in Pashchim Andhra, 51 from 33 places in Poorva Andhra, 39 from 30 places in Konkan, 28 from 16 places in Pashchim Maharashtra, 15 from 14 places in Devgiri, 94 from 76 places in Gujarat, 45 from 36 places in Vidarbha, 166 from 122 places in Malwa, 88 from 72 places in Madhya Bharat, 186 from 142 places in Mahakaushal, 123 from 103 places in Chhattisgarh, 71 from 60 places in Chittor, 77 from 62 places in Jaipur, 57 from 42 places in Jodhpur, 60 from 48 places in Delhi, 57 from 44 places in Haryana, 43 from 36 places in Punjab, 9 from 9 places in Jammu & Kashmir, 25 from 22 places in Himachal Pradesh, 71 from 54 places in Uttaranchal, 69 from 60 places in Meerut, 75 from 67 places in Brij, 33 from 32 places in Kanpur, 50 from 42 places in Avadh, 99 from 84 places in Kashi, 45 from 35 places in Goraksh, 25 from 25 places in Uttar Bihar, 34 from 24 places in Dakshin Bihar, 28 from 24 places in Jharkhand, 54 from 48 places in Utkal, 58 from 56 places in Dakshin Bengal, 28 from 24 places in Uttar Bengal, 39 from 35 places in Uttar Assam and 13 from 13 places in Dakshin Assam underwent training.
