Reservation/Transportation:

 

It will be advisable that in your respective countries, you complete the reservation for back and forth.  Of course, it can be done upon your arrival but it will be difficult to secure your seat.   Though, if I get the total number well in advance then we can work with Railway Department and with Air Sahara as well.  Air Sahara is the only airline, which flies between New Delhi and Allahabad – e.g. special Air craft only for our delegates and extra special IInd AC Coach in the train.  For any help regarding reservation either by Air or by Train you may contact at VHP Office:  011 2617 8992 or 011 2610 3495

 

Air-fare + Train Fare:

 

Air Fare between New Delhi and Allahabad – One Way – Rs. 9750.00 (Full Fare), if you purchase the ticket well in advance then the fare may get down.  At present I don’t know how much but certainly it will help.

 

Train Fare between New Delhi and Allahabad – One-Way –

 

1^st AC Rs. 1768.00

2^nd AC Rs. 1030.00 (Two Tiers)

3^rd AC Rs. 735.00 (Three Tiers)

 

Luggage:

 

We understand that some of you will be arriving directly from abroad and/or some of you will be departing directly from New Delhi.  Considering this phenomenon, we have made an arrangement to take care of your luggage at the VHP office, Sankat Mochan Ashram, R K Puram, Sector – VI, New Delhi 110022.  You will be given a tag number, which you have to save it in order to receive your luggage back up on your return. 

 

Accommodations:

 

Accommodations in the Regular Tents will be provided to those paying the registration fees, where Male and Female may accommodate separately.

 

 We will be making the HUT, which will include Two Beds + Carpet + Attached Bathrooms + Heater, Which will cost Rs. 5,000.00 in addition to the registration fees for all three nights.
