Pune – “ It is wrong to neglect the eternal (Sanatan) Principles (of Dharma). In these times of science, people are forgetting our culture and tradition. Today, in the whole world, Hindus are the top intellectuals however due to the inactiveness of our politicians the proper use and spread of our Dharma (Righteousness) did not
happen. If we do not follow our Sanatan Dharma or Varnadharma ,Achardharma (Code of righteous conduct), Kuldharma (Duties of the family, passed on from one generation to the next, to be followed religiously) then humans will just be an human production machine “, stated Puri Pithadheeshwar, Srimat Jagatguru Shankarachyarya Swami Nishchalanand Saraswati Maharaj.

He was addressing the Hindus in the mammoth Dharma-sabha held at Tulsibaugwale colony, Sahakarnagar, Pune by Sanatan sanstha and Hindu Janjagruti Samiti on 27th Novemeber 2013. More than seven thousand Hindus took benefit of this meeting. Present at the meeting were Bharatacharya S. G. Shevde, Moreshwar Ghaisas Guruji, Devotee of Samarth Pujya. Mandarbua Ramdasi, H.B.P Shyamji Maharaj Rathod from the Warkari Sect along with many other dignitaries of various organizations.

Shankarachrya further added, “Our lifestyle and education system today are directionless and that is the reason why no one is progressing in our country. In the name of progress the whole world has been pushed towards darkness. The youth should learn from our history and become successful with the help of inner spiritual power.

With regard to the ban which the government is trying to put on Sanatan sanstha, Shankaracharya
stated,”Today everywhere there is the trend of banning Hindu organizations or organizations working for Dharma. The politicians who want bring about such an hindrance/obstruction should realize that they are bringing an hindrance to themselves and going down. Such type of Dharma-sabhas are full of Chaitanya and inspiration for the Hindus so it is necessary that such sabhas happen everywhere. With this the politicians will be in control and we too will be able to promote Sanatan tradition.

At the start of the Dharma-sabha Swami Nirvikalpananda Saraswati sang the Mangalashatak and Acharya Zamman Shastri introduced the Peeth Parishad. National spokesperson of Hindu Janjagruti Samiti Shri.

Ramesh Shinde explained the aim of the Dharma-sabha and Saint of Sanatan sanstha Pujya. Nandkishore Jadhav explained the work of sanstha.
