KOCHI: On the occasion of the silver jubilee celebrations of the Art of Living in the state, Sri Sri Ravishankar will launch ‘Punarnava’ which ensures rejuvenation of health and happiness through meditation and breathing techniques.
Easy to learn and simple to practice, Punarnava is the latest meditation breathing technique to ensure happiness through a healthy body and mind.
This is for the first time that Sri Sri Ravishankar is conducting a meditation course in Kerala.
Anyone can attend the Punarnava course irrespective of their awareness of or early experience with the Art of Living courses.
The three-day programme will be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, the main venue of the celebrations, from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
More than 25,000 persons are expected to attend the classes.
A musical symphony will be held featuring 200 eminent artists on November 29, a music programme by playback singers on November 30 and a chendamelam ensemble by 200-odd percussionists under the baton of Peruvanam Kuttan Marar on December 1.
Sri Sri Ravishankar will interact with 4000-odd students from city schools at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium on December 1.
