Samskritha Bharathi meet concluded
IRINJALAKKUDA: The 32nd anniversary celebrations of the Viswa Samskritha Prathishtanam (Samskritha Bharathi), Kerala, was held at the Sangama Grama Madhava Mandapam near Ayyankavu Ground here on April 29 and 30.
The delegates’ session, honouring of Sanskrit scholars, release of Sanskrit books and an exhibition on Sanskrit science were the highlights of the two-day meet named Samskritha Sangamam-5114.
Swami Bhoomananda Theertha of the Narayana Thapovana Ashramam delivered the keynote address at the public meeting on April 29. Chief guest Justice V Chidambaresh of the Kerala High Court handed over Panditha Rathnam award to Sanskrit scholar Shri K P Achutha Pisharody. Lakshmikumari of Kodungalloor Vivekananda Kendram released Sanskrit books published by Samskritha Bharathi.
