Sabarimala: Corrective rites begin
Thrissur: The parihara kriyas prescribed in the Devaprasnam (astrological examination) held at the Sabarimala temple began at the Sree Krishna Temple, Guruvayur on Friday. Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) president G Raman Nair and the other members were present at the temple. Officials of TDB, which administers the Sabarimala temple, began the ritual by offering kanikka, palpayasam and other items to the temple. The rituals were prescribed in the Devaprasnam held at Sabarimala from June 16 to 19.
