Marxist Violence Continues, BJP Activist Dumped in Well after Brutal Attack

Balussery: In yet another among recent Communist terror unleashes, a BJP karyakarta hailing from the district of Kozhikode was battered by Marxist goons, mistaken for dead and thrown into a well. 50 year old Sasikumar, was in a severely injured state when he was found by locals. He has been admitted to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital. The victim was a former CPM member who left the party and migrated to nationalistic folds, to BJP, which earned the red brigade’s wrath.

 

The incident took place late into the night last week, when locals spotted Sasikumar in his neighbour’s well.According to sources, Sasikumar was returning from the market when local Marxist goons began taunting him endlessly. “They went to the extent of following him and with threats of harming him physically. Sasikumar tried to resist their advances, but was unsuccessful. The gang was soon joined by other Marxist goons, who had with them deadly weapon. Though Sasikumar fled, he was brutally chased and attacked mercilessly,” said sources.

 

“They thought he was dead and found an unused well and dumped him there. Late into the night we heard strange sounds coming from the area and realized they were coming from the well. Soon we realized it was a muffled plea for help. That is when we saw him in the well,” said local sources, adding that police arrived and got him admitted to hospital.

 

Sasikumar, a former Marxist had earned the wrath of his partymen with his migration to BJP. Also the presence of a large number of BJP karyakartas at Sasikumar’s residence at the time of his daughter’s wedding which concluded recently irked Communist goons, which left them thirsting for revenge.

 

Kozhikode has been recently witnessing mounting instances of attack on RSS and BJP offices by members of red brigade.
