It was

the 2nd of May 2003

, under a crescent moon at the Marad beach. The Hindu fishermen, most of whom had just hauled their daily catch and were resting on the beach, never knew what hit them. Three teams of about a hundred armed men climbed out of their fibreglass boats on to the shore. Another batch eased out of a house near the Marad Juma Masjid. Armed with swords and machets, clutching Coke cans filled with gelatin, they rushed in from all directions. Within minutes, the hit team melted away leaving behind the dead and the living dead. The dead -Chandran, Dasan, Gopalan, Krishnan, Madhavan, Prajeesh, Pushparaj, Santhosh, were hacked to death in a choreographed storm of flashing swords and machetes. Some had their private organs torn out.

Five years passed, Maradu judicial Commission submitted it’s report, The report was released after a long hide and seek game, The report equally pointed at Communist’s and Muslim league for taking part in the inhumane massacre along with NDF terrorists.

The Justice Joseph Commission recommended  Central Bureau of Investigation probe into the conspiracy involving fundamentalist forces and terrorists in the massacre. The report is particularly critical of the Indian Union of Muslim League, a coalition partner of the Congress-led United Democratic Front government that ruled the state in 2003. It says some IUML leaders were aware of the conspiracy behind the massacre.

It says activists of the National Development Front — a Muslim organisation with a base in Malappuram — and some IUML activists were actively involved in the planning and execution of the massacre at Marad beach. ‘It was unlikely that the attack did not have the blessings of their leadership at least at the local level,’ says the report.

Commission specially pointed out the role of then District Collector T O Suraj in helping the Terrorists and of Assistant Commissioner of Police M Abdul Rahim’s biased report which lead to withdrawal of Police forces from Maradu after first riot in 2002.

Maradu Araya society and Hindu Organisations where demanding nothing out of the way, But just to implement the recommendations mentioned in Maradu Commission.

Hindu Aikya Vedi will organise rallies and meetings at all the district centres raising this demand to implement the report tomorrow, told state secretary V.Sushikumar at Kollam.

Since from the beginning Hindu organisations were pleading for CBI enquiry, Thanks to intervention of Muslim League leaders who had direct role in this massacre A.K.Antony was succumbed to order a Judicial probe. Now the Judicial probe also recommends a CBI probe to expose the charges of hawala connections, international conspiracy and role of ruling and Opposition parties behind the incident

The state Police force forces are turning a blind eye towards the one sided attack of Jihadi terrorists against Hindu activists. The NDF jihadi terrorist behind the muder the murder of RSS leader Aswinikumar of Kannur, Sunilkumar of Kilimanoor and Vinod of Vallikunnam, have not been arrested so far. Those accused in the blasts at

Kozhikode

bus stand and blast in the boat at

Kozhikode

have also not been arrested.

Violating all norms Home Minister of Kerala Kodiyeri Balakrishnan visited the terrorist involved in Marad massacre in jail and openly declared that all those lodged in jail were innocents! It is the court to decide whether those under remand were innocent or not and definitely not an old time thug who decorates the position of Home Minister
