Celebrate this years Vishu with Balagokulam Greeting Cards

Balagokulam has come with Vishu greeting cards for the Malayalees to welcome their auspicious festival. When we wake up seeing the Kanikonna and welcoming a prosperous new year, we can exchange our wishes this year exchanging Balagokulam’s cards.

Balagokulam has come up with 4 unique greeting cards displaying Unnikannan’s various portraits. The cards can be obtained from the balagokulam state office Madhav smriti in Alwaye, all balasahitya prakasan book stalls and all district units.

It is during the Vishu sankramam, Lord Adhitya will return to Poorva dikku (East).Vishu  will be celebrated on Malayalam month Medam 2^nd  (April 15 ). This occasion is regarded as good and auspicious time to start any activity .

2007 March 19, (Malayalam month Meenam 5, year 1182) as per bharathiya calendar it is Kalivarsham. It is also refered as 1^st day of the new year (Prathipadam) mentioned as  Yugabdh 5109.

 Many renowned saints and personalities were born during this period as per history, Maharshi Vedavyas, Adi Sankara, Dr.Ambedkar to name a few.

The legendary leader of Hindu Nation and founder of RSS Dr.Hedgewar’s Janmathithi also falls in this day.
