Art of Living silver jubilee celebrations on Nov 28

Silver jubilee celebrations of the Art of Living movement will be held from November 28 to December 1 in Ernakulam.


 


 


From November 28 founder of the movement Sri Sri Ravishankar will be here on a four-day visit.


 


First disciple of Sri Sri Ravishankar, Swami Sadyojadha told mediapersons on Friday that the silver jubilee celebrations would be inaugurated by Governor RL Bhatia on November 28 at 6:30 pm at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kaloor.


 


“The highlight of the function would be a Mohiniyattam performance by 1500 dancers from across Kerala followed by a mahasatsang. Sri Sri Ravisankar will preside over the function. The performances which will last half-an-hour contain three different themes including vasudhaiva kudumbakam. It will be the largest classical dance performance ever and officials of the Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of Records are expected to come to record the event,” he added.


 


On the second day of the silver jubilee celebrations Sri Sri Ravishankar will launch Punarnav, an innovative meditation and breathing course.


 


A percussion concert featuring 250 eminent artistes has also been organised on the same day. In the evening eminent playback singers will entertain with a musical performance on Thursday.


 


Sri Sri Ravishankar will also interact with nearly 4000 students of various educational institutions at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor stadium on December 1.
