Mumbai: Thanks to the loose charge sheet filed by Mumbai Police,  Sabahuddin Ahmed and Faheem Ansari two LeT Terrorists who helped Ajmal Kasab and his troop to unleash terror in Mumbai have been now acquitted.

Ansari and Ahmed faced same charges as Kasab even though their role in the criminal conspiracy is limited to having allegedly provided logistical support to the Lashkar-e-Toiba to carry out the attack by surveying sites in Mumbai and passing on maps to their Pakistan-based handlers.

Special court has held Ajmal Kasab – the lone surviving terrorist from the 26/11 Mumbai attacks – guilty of murder, conspiracy and of waging war against the nation. His punishment will be pronounced on Tuesday.
