RSS readies cadres against Ranganath Misra Report
Thiruvananthapuram, Jun 28 : Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) today called upon its cadres to prepare for a nation-wide agitation against the impelemtation of the Ranganath Misra Report.
Addressing a press conference here, RSS Kerala unit General Secretary P Gopalan Kutty Master alleged that the Centre was indirectly facilitating a social environment for easy conversion by implementing the report, which recommends 15 per cent reservation to minorities in education, central and state government jobs.
The report also recommends the inclusion of Dalit, Christians and Dalit Muslims in the list of Scheduled Castes, creating social imbalance by facilitating conversion, he alleged.
The General Secretary also alleged that social, educational and economic backwardness of the majority religion were due to various anti-Hindu policies of the Centre for the last so many years.
