Headley’s ‘Ishrat Egg’ on Sonia’s face

It has been reported that American-born Lashker-e-Toiba terrorist David Headley revealed before NIA sleuths that Ishrat, who was killed in a police encounter in Ahmedabad, was a suicide bomber of the outfit. Official sources said that Headley shared this information with the four-member team comprising officials from National Investigation Agency and Law Department during their visit to Chicago in the US – Reports Indian Express.

Headley’s information corroborates the stand of Gujarat Police. The encounter had run into controversy after Jahan’s family claimed that she was just a student and filed an appeal in the court. Gujarat Police had claimed that the terrorists were in the state to attack Chief Minister Narendra Modi.

The much controversial statement of Sonia Maino (the widower of Rajiv Gandhi who was responsible for the killing of thousands of Sikhs and the conspirator in aiding the escape of Mass murderer Anderson to US ) accussing Modi as ‘Merchant of Death’ was in connection with this episode of Ishan’s death.

The new revelation by Headley has come as a big contradiction to what a Ahmedabad court had ruled last year that the killing of Ishrat Jahan was a “fake encounter.”
As per the investigation sponsored by Central Government the encounter was staged managed by the then Ahmedabad police commissioner K. R. Kaushik, crime branch chief P. P. Pandey, DIG D. G. Vanzara and his men to flatter Modi for “promotions”. The report had put pressure on Modi which named 21 cops, including retired DGP Kaushik, as the people behind the gunning down of innocent persons by branding them terrorists.
