Where is this country heading ?
SRINAGAR: Caught between mob fury and politics, J&K police seems to have disintegrated into a demoralized force with several of its officers refusing field postings, saying their hands were tied due to instructions against the use of force against stone-pelters.
Times of India Report Demoralized & helpless, J&K cops refuse field duty
______________________________________________________________________
After the news item of Chattisgarh CRPF IPS officers fleeing to Kolkata, the above news item has appeared in today’s Times Of India. If J&K cops are shying away from their duties, the issue is very serious. Imagine the implications, the Pakis must be jumping with glee at the turn of events our foolish leaders are creating to self destruct India !
Apart from the ridiculous sight of top key UPA Ministers and bureaucrats blaming each other, now the cops are afraid of stone pelters on one side and National Human Rights Commission on the other. Where is this country heading ? The Government has created so many unnecessary institutions to the detriment of itself !
The Army and the Police are being hounded by all sorts of commissions and investigation agencies that these officers don’t want to work ! ! ! Have you heard of any such nonsense anywhere else in the world ? Instead of treating our Army and Police officers for combating terrorism bravely, they are being hounded, suspended, jailed and prosecuted , why ? How are we then going to tackle terrorism, by begging Pakistan ?
What is the UPA’s reasoning ? Headley claims that Ishrat Jahan is a LET recruit, then why are the Gujarat police officers being hounded ? If she is an LET recruit, there ends the matter, whether the terrorist was killed in a fake or real encounter, does it matter ?
The UPA Government is playing dangerous and uncontrollable games.
