No anticipatory bail to Jihadi Madni considering the interest of the Nation
BANGALORE: : The Karnataka High Court today rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Jihadi terrorist Abdul Nazar Madhani, one of the accused in the Bangalore blast case. Karnataka High Court judge N Anand denied bail after accepting the prosecution’s argument that if bail is granted, it will affect the case.The court said bail cannot be granted considering the interests of the country. The. non-bailable arrest warrant has been extended till August 17.
