Former Congressman(who rejoined BJP then after), Gujarat Bar Association Chief, leading advocate in Gujarat High Court, and former BJP MLA from Ahmedabad’s Naranpura constituency, Shri Yatin Oza on Saturday in live TV debate on Sohrabuddin encounter and CBI’s misuse said, “the Congress party is going in direction to destabilize Gujarat, and this conspiracy started cooking up three years ago at Ahmed Patel’s bungalow, and I had witnessed that. This legal brian, this whole plot – from Rubabuddin’s letter to Supreme Court to entire thing had been decided at Ahmed Patel’s 24 Wellington Crescent bungalow, and I have complete information on that, as I was in Congress at that time.”
