SC slams CBI , Congress move to woo Mayawati exposed

SC bench consisting of Justices B Sudershan Reddy and S S Nijjar asked CBI counsel to withdraw the case if they are not interested to proceed the case against Mayawati on disappropriate wealth.

Every time CBI submits one or the other reason to delay the case proceedings and SC was enraged on this. “What is this? Every time you ask for more time or adjouring the case, ask more time for filing affidavit, ask more time to file counter affidavit”. What is your real motive? “If both of you are together, then let this petition go”

Congress’s hand in delaying the case using CBI and thereby making Mayawati to support UPA is very visible. Congress will be happy to delay it till next election along with Lalu’s fodder scam case as well.
