Is Migrant Sonia to be blamed for problems in Congress?

Union Home Minister P Chidambaram on Monday sought to blame migrants to Delhi for crimes like rape, a statement that came under sharp criticism from political leaders, following which he withdrew it.
While the law and order in Delhi had touched an all time low and also crimes against women is all time high under a Women Chief Minister, congress is worried.
When PC said that migrants are the problem, who is Sonia? A big migrant from Italy? So Mr. PC, did you mean that Sonia as migrant to be blamed for the problems in Congress?
